Stocks to look out for today

stock tips
After moving sideways for the past 6-7 trading sessions, Nifty logged a drastic fall in the previous session and ended the session below 10,250 on the eve of November series derivative expiry. The price action resulted in the formation of sizable bear candle formed post sideways range movement, which suggests bears have a dominant spot. The opening up-side gap which was formed on November 17, 2017, has been filled.  On the daily chart, Nifty is placed at the edge of upward sloping trendline joined by connecting lows of 9,688 and 10,094. Going forward, a decisive move below Thursday’s low of 10,211 could result into further correction up to levels of 10,130 and 10,090. Whereas, on the upside, the level of 10,280 would act as stiff barrier for the bulls.

Stocks to look out for today- 27 Nov 2017

stock tips
In the last trading session of the week, Nifty started off the session with a positive bias and witnessed up-move in the first half, however, it turned choppy in the last leg of trade. Day’s action resulted in formation of a small body bull candle, which is signalling breakout of sideways range movement during the past three trading sessions. Going forward, a follow through move above Friday’s high (10,404.50) could lead to further upside up to levels of 10,450 and 10,490. On the flipside, the level of 10,350-10,370 would offer good support to the Nifty. Among oscillator, the 14-period RSI has turned up at present quoting at 61, as per the bullish range theory, it may attempt to move up to the levels of 70-75.

The price action for the day led to formation of high wave like candle. In the past three trading sessions, Nifty is stuck in the range of 10,300 to 10,375 and going ahead only a sustainable move on either side would dictate the near term direction. A breach of 10,300 could result in further correction up to levels of 10,260-10,270. Whereas, a decisive move above 10,375 could lead to an up-move up to levels of 10,450-10,490.
