BULLION
Gold June future has added 0.5 percent at $ 1,180.45.Silver July future has spurted a percent at $ 15.832.Platinum July future is trading on a flat note at $ 1,122.10.The June Gold futures are up 0.2 percent at Rs 26,765. The shiny yellow metal so far has seen trades of around 2,674-odd lots, and the open interest jumped over 6.5 percent to 440-odd lots.Meanwhile, spot Silver rates are flat at Rs 36,088 on the MCX.
The Silver May futures have gained 0.5 percent at Rs 36,156. The commodity has touched an intra-day high at Rs 36,255 and a low at Rs 36,060
ENERGY
Crude Oil and Brent Oil June futures have declined 0.3 percent each at $ 56.97 and $ 65.12, respectively.Natural Gas June future has tumbled 2 percent at $ 2.518.
Natural Gas May futures are down 2 percent at Rs 161.60. The counter has registered trades of around 2,260-odd lots, and the open interest has zoomed 47.3 percent to 1,460-odd lots on the MCX.
BASE METAL
Copper July future has gained 0.2 percent at $ 2.757.
