Gold August future has declined 0.5 percent in early morning deals at $ 1,167.40.Silver September contract has shed nearly a percent at $ 15.643.Platinum October delivery is almost unchanged at $ 1,064.60.
ENERGY
Crude Oil August expiry has snapped five-day losing streak, and is now up a percent to $ 53.06.Brent Oil and Natural Gas August series have also spurted almost a percent each at $ 57.26 and $ 2.775, respectively.
BASE METAL
Copper September future is quoted at $ 2.525 - down 0.3 percent.
