INDIAN EQUITY MARKET OUTLOOK-10 June 2014

 
INDIAN BENCHMARK starting on a strong note, but slipped into red by profit booking and monsoon woes.

FURTHER, Piramal Enterprises has picked up 9.99% equity share of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for a total of Rs 789.58 crore. Idea Cellular lost 0.34% after the company said it has decided to close the QIP and approved the issuance of 22.38 crore equity shares at an issue price of Rs 134 per share to qualified institutional buyers.

Trend in FII flows: The FIIs were net buyers of Rs 192cr in the cash segment on Monday while the DIIs were net sellers of Rs. 490cr, as per the provisional figures released by the NSE.
